2 Chronicles 27:6 " So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the LORD his God."

Preparation is the mother of manifestation. Jotham became Mighty in the land and in his time because he did
one thing and that thing was "preparation" He prepared his ways before the Lord his God.
If you don't make a serious and adequate preparation for the next year 2020,It will still come and go without you making impact or achieving your set goals and visions
There is an adage that says " as you make your bed, so shall you lie on it.
So prepare now for the coming year 2020.
The Bible said in 1Chronicles 12:32 "And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment"
In other words, they study time and had understanding of what they ought to do in preparing for their God-given assignment and to do the things necessary for the fulfillment of their destiny.
When you play when you are supposed to work, you will work when you are supposed to play..
Seven (7) Things needful in preparation for the next year,2020.
1.Vision
Start envisioning 2020.
Begin to see with eye of the spirit what the year 2020 has for you.Vision is the ability to see into the future,to know what the future has/hold for you with the eye of the spirit.
In the book of Habakkuk chapter 2 and verses 2-3 The Bible Said ''And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

3  For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Vision,Child of God is a drive and a push you need for the fulfillment of your destiny. without vision you will live a life of confusion. vision is better than television.
As a girl follow a boy who has a vision and not a television.
As a boy let your vision be your driving force in life.
What do I do with my visions?
.write them down
.make it plain,so that any one that readeth might run through it.
In other words, let your vision be definable, so that any one who see it,will know what the vision of your life is all about.Don't let your vision be in a state of confusion or jeopardy. make it plain.
.Run with your vision.
Start running with your vision, start from any where and anyhow,don't wait to start from the top. Start with what you have,the hardest thing in life is to start,when you start God will make the provision. That is where the principle of Faith comes in.
To every vision,there is a provision.
Don't allow your fear cripple you in life, make you useless and render you incapacitated. Act in Faith, walk in Faith and live by Faith.
The Bible said the Just(righteous) shall live by Faith.
2.Courage.
Courage is the second thing, you need in preparation for the next year 2020,
You need courage to implement your vision. In the book of Joshua chapter 1 from 1 to 6 the Bible said " Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,

2  Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.

3  Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

4  From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.

5  There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

6  Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. note

God said to Joshua,Joshua my son you need courage to fulfill the assignment and mission a head of you, so be courageous.
Child of God you need courage in fulfilling your vision in the next coming year, courage is a booster of stamina, it's your strength when you are weak.
You need to be courageous to win the race of life and fulfill your destiny.
3.Strategy
There must be a master plan to bring about the accomplishment of the dream
Strategize,test out somethings, don't continue to do one thing same way repeatedly,other wise you will keep having same result. that is where strategy comes into play.
Do a self evaluation, check out the areas in your life, where you made a mistake and took some dangerous and unprofitable steps in the past years, and make amendment now.
If there are some habits,character and Friends you need to cut off,for your life and destiny to be progressive this coming year,take that bold step and do it.
4.Determination
Determination remains one of the fundamental key to success in life and destiny.
Tell me a man/woman who will succeed in life and destiny and I will show you a determined person.
You need determination to win and succeed in the coming year, 2020.
Determination helps you keep focus against all odds, be determined to reach your target and goals in life, nobody can stop a determined person.
In Luke9:62 Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
Jesus was talking about determination here.
Meaning any man or woman who has dare to succeed in life and destiny, should not look back or get discouraged otherwise he or she will be unfit and wouldn't reach his/her goals and destination.
In Gen 11:1-6
The Bible was talking about the people of Babel
"  And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

2  And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there. note

3  And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. note note

4  And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

5  And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

6  And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do"
God saw the following things in the life of this people
*determination
*unity
*cooperation
*oneness
*togetherness
*singleness of heart
*one language.
When God saw these qualities and attributes in them,He concluded that nothing on earth can stop these people from fulfilling their dream of building a tower that will reach up to heaven
So He had to come down himself and scattered their plans by confusing their language, and make them scattered abroad.
That is how powerful determination is,when you are determined to succeed nothing can stop you.
