Please how can i sign out of Npower.

I have forgotten my N power user name.

So i cannot log in,

because one has to log in first before he can sign out.

I went to their office in Sokoto but I was told to try to sign out online.

But I don't remember my username.

I want to leave the programme because I have got a federal government job.

Please if you can be of help,I will appreciate.

The username is your email or phone number, try all the phone numbers and emails you used when filling the form, you can rest the password, but it will send a password reset link to your email.

I was able to open my profile and i have successfully resigned.

After resetting ur password, then click on npvn.npower.gov.ng and then login using ur username as well as the password. upon login into ur profile, you'll see ur picture and name written boldly on top at the right hand side. Just click on it( i.e on either ur picture/name) and wait for a while, you'll see ur full profile including ur payment status. Just scroll to downward to the extreme and you'll see a resign button. Click on it and state with cogent reason why you're resigning from this job. Hoping this will be of eminent importance
