Learning is somewhat a gradual process, and we never get to the extreme level. Above all, it is continuous but goes through different stages. Although we may need to observe a break, hence, still doesn't stop us from learning new things.

Moreover, life is a place of learning. Whether evil or good, we are sure to learn from both. Learning, when applicable to life, is versatile. We tend to learn from experiences and observations. Lessons are what we call them when we learn from one's experience.

We tend to gain from a gradual process, but forget what we learned in an instance. In cases like this, it is normal. When something is recurring, it brings a flash to mind. Even when we forget them, a cause triggers our consciousness. Hence, learning can be gradual or one-time.

The way we choose to know things matters a lot in retaining information. Sometimes, it amuses us how we forget things so quickly. This, however, explains that the brain cannot retain data based on words, but ideas. A good is to have the structure of what we learn in our mind.
