Let's hope they succeed. The police will still be in full charge of investigation, taking statements from suspect and procuring witnesses for the prosecutor. You see, the police still dey kampe in the criminal prosecution process. |

This is smart move other states should copy if they haven't already. The federal government should only be prosecuting federal laws honestly. The constitution has to be amended to reflect thid reality by taking prisons and police out exclusive list. 1 Like |
