C & I Leasing Plc is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our client in an Insurance Organization.
Candidates would be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through the process.
We are seeking a candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Locations Needed: Lagos, Benin, Enugu

Responsibilities
Specific duties of an insurance officer include:
Ensuring that best customer service is delivered.
Source and meeting customer referrals;
Upselling and cross-selling insurance products
Handling administrative issues relating to the role
Assisting the insurance manager in day to day tasks;
Filling up policy requisition forms;
Taking care of administrative issues in the absence of an insurance manager;
Handling customer inquiries and performing several other tasks.

Sales Officer Requirements and Qualifications
Impeccable customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
A motivated and driven attitude
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
OND is preferred but HND and bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage, 1-year relevant experience is sufficient.
