King of Boys is last year's movie.

Living in Bondage had some originality and classy production. Ramsey Nouah showed that his years of successful acting qualifies his as an exemplary filmmaker.

Gold statue was actually interesting and creative. I enjoyed the thrills and good acting from Gabriel Afolayan.

I cannot waste my money on an AY movie or Niyi Akimolayan film. Those guys can hype for Africa then at the end the quality is vague. Lionheart was abysmal too.

Nollywood will grow when they start doing films that can be successful on the global stage. South Korea, Bollywood and Europe are really banking on that.

Any idea of where I can download the Gold Statue.

I could see some comments trashing Nollywood movies. I don't think all Hollywoods movies are classic. Maybe majority are though. Some also are trashe and low budgets. Choose some classic nollywoods and appreciate our local actors in the industry. I watch nollywoods and believe me, some are lits. Even the so called Yoruba movies you treated with disdain worth the hype sometimes.. Watch the following nollywoods and thank me later:
