There is need to block all leakages. Whether in 2017 or earlier, this will help calibrate the future for zero leakages. Our debt-ridden economy is man-made. The Chinese way of executing economic saboteurs will be fine for Nigeria. All looters or connivers that defraud the country to the tune of N1b or above ought to have a date with the hangmen. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

Instead of blocking leakages, blocking loopholes and cutting corruption, we would rather borrow from anywhere borrowable and pilling debt upon debt. 1 Like |

How can we be an import dependent nation and customs can't generate more than a trillion in a year? Yet fowler was the scapegoat chosen despite a low productivity economy just exiting recession? Speak of nepotism in economic management!! It's obvious Buhari and his cabal blamed Osinbajo and fowler/Adeosun (tinubu's men) for the poor performance of the economy in the past term which is why he has decided to put the economy the hands of northerners this time around. Let's see how dis goes then... 3 Likes |

This Is Nonsense. Are You Telling Us To Do What? Where are Fg's Instrumentalities Of Revenue Collection And Anti~graft Agencies? Where Is Efcc, Icpc, Police And Dss? They Should Swing Into Action And Save The Nation From External Borrowing By Mopping Up These Revenues. |

Misrepresentation for headline. There is no failure to remit anything. JV Cash call cannot and should not be remitted to federation account. It is the money paid to oil companies (Shell, Chevron, Total, Agip etc) as cost of production for producing oil. 1 Like |

beresponsible: You are right sir... EFCC is just chasing shadows!!! They think catching Yahoo boys is the key to solving the corruption crisis of this nation. What a near useless organization. The one place I agree with Mr. GEJ... You can't end corruption by going after corrupt individuals alone... You have to put in place a system that will make the very act in itself completely impossible or suicidal. A gullible individual would think such a system is impossible to set up and run... It's actually quite easy, even easier and more efficient than running after them when they have stolen what could have been impossible to steal in the first place. 4 Likes |

Too many leaking buckets in Nigeria. To be honest, PMB is really trying to fix those leaks. But the fixing the leaks means that those people sipping from the leaks will be deprived. Hence the wahala. |
