@GloWorld I just called ur customer care. I was told tho I have given d serial number, all but 3 digits of d pin & d card value - ur policy prevents dem from giving me d 3 missing digits. dis means I have to b credited by ur CC & miss out on any bonuses. so, my questions- wots d reason behind d policy? how do u solve dis problem? y make scratch cards dt r so easily damaged in d 1st place? after all these years, r u still a learner? |
