I like to get entries with the least risk in pips possible so would rather try to get in from the anticipated top than wait for the neckline break and retest, which instead would give me a sweet second entry.
I kind of work the other way around, I wait for a particular level before I look for candle signals, not just looking for candle formations first. If a candle signal occurs on it's own at just any point, then it's as good as useless to me as often times it does nothing to the market direction
of price.
I most often times just trade off levels without necessarily using candlesticks at those levels [not recommended for beginners as it's a highly aggresive approach and certainly not a good way to learn to trade]. A conservative approach would be to identify a LEVEL [supply/demand zones] from past price action on your charts. I use fibonacci a lot for my levels then you look out for SIGNALS in price action [candle formations] from high time frames, and now execute the TRIGGER from candles on lower time frames for a trade.

For 2weeks now.. I have been trying to download metatrader4 or 5( first I tried it on my phone, then on my tablet, finally on my laptop) eh no open. It has been showing outdated upgrade. When I try to upgrade no way except for the laptop which is not downloading at all( well for the laptop I dont know how to go about it)
