Using mt4 or mt5, after creating an account, the details which will include login, password, server and investor password will be displayed to you.
You can screenshot it and give everything here except your password .


But the minimum you can create is 3000 which is why you'd need to go to the brokers website to generate the account.

Locating the investor password may differ from broker to broker which is why you need to do a simple Google search on it.
