More than half of the New Year resolutions made today will not see the end of January 2020. You are better off making a conscious decision every day to be the best you can be and strive to achieve all you want.

When it comes to getting and keeping a job, or pursuing a worthwhile career, the game plan is not so different, it is a decision you need to make every day, regardless of the tie of the year it is.

We understand that if anyone will be successful at whatever they choose to do, all they need is to understand the destination, outline the steps they need to get to that desired destination and come up with a plan to execute those steps one by one through the year.

We know that it is never easy to stay the course and follow the plan you have set out for yourself, but you are the only one who knows the triggers that usually push you to ignore the tasks you need to execute, so, whenever you see these triggers it is best to avoid them.

It is just like some people, who have the tendency to start tasks and not finish them. These kinds of people can get accountability partners for each of their tasks, who will keep them on their toes and always check in to give them the push they need to complete all their tasks.

No one is perfect, but with the right help, anyone can do what is required to get where they desire to be.

Do not always aspire to take New Year’s resolutions that will end up dying with the trend, instead aspire to start new every day – the goal to be better than you were yesterday and take the necessary actions that will propel you to greatness.
