Can anyone explain how a country like Ghana with an economy a tenth the size of Lagos consistently field better weapons than Africa's richest nation fighting a decade long war?

Go and advice Ghana to invade Nigeria and see whether ordinary Nigeria Civil Defense Corps will not wipe out Ghana from Africa's map. I would have said Fulani herdsmen can teach Ghana a bitter lesson, but those heartless herdsmen will leave too much sorrow, tears and blood on Ghana soil.

Ghana still buys such military vehicles from Europe and America, Nigeria makes them at Innoson and Proforce Motors.

You and other Nigerians living in denial disgust me. We have spent $28 BILLION on defence between 2013 and 2019. We allocate $1 billion for munitions alone every year. We spend more in d defence than all 16 ECOWAS member states combined yet our soldiers are sent to the front without bulletproof vest, nonight fission equipment. The vast majority still use Toyota Hillux van. We cannot defeat Boko Haram 11 years and counting.....we spent $650 million on Tucano aircraft with propeller engines. $650 is the entire defence budget of Cameroon, Chad and Ghana combined yet we are on this mess. Idiots like you cannot think but to insult someone saying the truth. Bleep you all. My days of being a patriot is over.
