RECOVERY MANAGER

We are looking to hire a full time Data Scientist that understands data structures, data modeling and software architecture; that will help manage our systems.

Duties:

Develop and sort out the recovery strategy to reduce incidents of overdue loans.
Assist risk department to carry out risk control.
Use comprehensive skills and means to complete the recovery task.
Submit a credit report to the credit bureau.
Job Requirements:

Background in Credit Recovery, Clear and Systematic understanding of risks.
Good communication skills and ability to withstand work Pressure
Have Recovery experience and Proficient and Skillful in Negotiation.
Familiar with the judicial processes of Loan Recovery, and have good working relationship with lawyers and the judiciary.
CREDIT RISK CONTROL MANAGER

Job Description

Establish and improve risk control policies and systems such as loan review standards and approval processes;
Conduct risk review and approval of loan applications;
Responsible for the control of newly launched financial product risk control, and provide risk control recommendations for product design:
Assist the collection department to carry out post-loan management and participate in collection of overdue accounts.
Qualifications

At least 2 years of financial credit control business experience in Loan Company or bank;
Possess professional loan assessment, information collection, risk analysis and report writing ability, clear logic, strong learning ability, good at communication, strong execution;
Familiar with the financial market, relevant laws and regulations, and credit risk prevention identification, monitoring, and resolution;
Working location: Abuja
