Good people of Nairaland, please I tried making a transfer today via my first bank mobile app. It didn't work. Tried USSD, same result.
Confused, I began to check the app closely, under the account statement section, I saw that the whole balance on my account was debited and the narration was 'Ac xfr from gl 30104 to 30100'. However, I can still see this said amount on my dashboard once I log in, only that i cant access it.
My question is this, please what does this mean and how can it be resolved? I have a time sensitive transaction that I must complete.
Please bankers and others who can help, I eagerly await your reply please. Kindly mention/quote me with the replies.

Turns out I needed to upgrade my account. I had passed the limit.
Just go to your bank and lay complaint.
They will be able to advise you better...

I'm having same problem I guess I'll have to go to my bank today to lay complain.
