Hi...I'm 22 and currently doing my NYSC. I recently finished my degree in health education and now working on my admission to the department of public health in UI. I chose mph in health policy and management. I just wanted to break the tradition of a graduate from my department going to do health promotion and education. So I decided to go and specialize in health care management with hopes of becoming a health care manager probably after going for a phD in the same field. I just want to know if I am in the right track and I'm not making a mistake. I really want to become a health care manager. It seems to sell like hot cake. When I went for my interview for my admission into the department, I was asked, "how do you plan to get to the top with my background in health education?" Does my background really matter that much? Or what I want to do and achieve is viable. Thanks guys. I will really appreciate your answers.
