We seek to recruit experienced Customer Service Experience Officer who will be responsible for building and preserving trusting relationships with our clients to boost our brand and profit. Responsibilities • Resolves customers complaints effectively, through phone calls, emails or one-on-one interaction • Liaise with customers • Ensures that customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities. • Plan and delivers strategies across the organisation with a view to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty and expand the company brand • Approach potential customers to establish relationships • Conducts business review to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. • Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress. • Timely and effective processing of Application Forms (from all branches) • Educate customers on terms and conditions relating to their business transaction • Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients • Update and register partners’ information on our company’s portal • Effectively support other departments within the organization Requirements Candidate must have: • 2+ years cognate experience • BSc / HND in Communication, Business, Marketing, Management or related field • Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships • Devotion to high-quality customer experience • Written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills • Attention to details and accuracy • Friendly and professional demeanour • Ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills. • Top quality analytical skills. • Time Management skills • High intelligence quotient Location: Lagos Candidates should send resume with cover letter to careers@lifepagegroup.com and copy funmilayo@lifepagegroup.com using the title as the subject, on/before January 13, 2020.
