Abandoned $70m, N170m NDDC Fund: Is Akpabio Ridiculing Nigeria Anti-Corruption Agencies?

It was in the news most recently that NNDC abandoned $70million and another N170m in undisclosed banks. The Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, and former Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Senator Godswill Akpabio made the claim.
He went further to say that the banks came forward to make these confessional statements to him on phone the moment a forensic audit was ordered on the accounts of NDDC by President Muhammadu Buhari.
But the million-dollar question is, on whose account was the money abandoned? Individual account or NDDC account? Senator Akpabio did not tell us that.
