In order to maintain their standards of raising a responsible set of students, the Nigerian private university, Caleb University asked students at the gate to cut their hair before entering the gate of the school.

To put that in check, the school placed several barbers at the gate so that if any student is not compliant, they cut the hair immediately.

those days the students were mentally and physically matured.these ones are teenagers with no sense of maturity, cannot think on their own or make independent minded decisions
