A new legislation passed by the crazy Democrats running California to finally run it(the former most beautiful and richest state in America under Republican)to the ground.

The law will fine anyone who uses more than 55 gallons of water daily $1,000 each day. It takes about 50 gallons to do a load of laundry, so no room for shower or even a bath on the day you choose to do laundry. Watering plants will soon be a taboo in the state.

California has no problem with people pooping on the streets or heroine syringes all over the roads children walk to school. You can now steal and commit some crimes in California and not be prosecuted.
