"nkpurunma"

nkpuru = seed
nma = fine or beauty.

We also have nkpuruoma
The same meaning with the former.
"Good seed or seed of beauty.

In proper Igbo spelling, 'mkpuru' or 'mkpulu' is the right spelling.

Kalabari people are Ijaw by ethnicity but many of them speak Igbo as second or first language. Whether 'nkpuru' or 'mkpuru' it is all the same meaning. Just note that not too many people are fluent in writing standard Igbo, thus you see people spelling words differently. I studied Igbo in secondary school and the standard spelling is 'mkpuru'.

A lot of Rivers state Ijaw men marry Igbo women and many of these men themselves have Igbo mothers and grandmothers and grow up speaking Igbo. When these men end up marrying full Igbo women, you can only guess what the language outcome would be.

Omugwo is an Igbo word, not Kalabari.
