IAC Consulting Limited is currently recruiting qualified persons to fill the vacant positions below:

Job Position: Manager (Training & Recruiting)
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibility:
• Recruit both skilled and unskilled labour for our clients
• Preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures to our clients
• Handle confidential matters with discretion
• Prepare monthly salary payroll for workers
• Coordinate both indoor and outdoor management trainings for companies and individuals
• Prepare quarterly employee appraisal
• Develop training programs and update training programs to ensure that they are current
• Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
• Review training materials from the facilitators
• Evaluate trainings and facilitators.
• Source for additional clients and achieve the set target
• Report directly to the managing director

Job Requirements:
• B.Sc in any Management Science or Social Sciences courses
• M.Sc in relevant field is an added advantage
• Must be a member of CIPM or NIM
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in relevant field
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Logical thinking
• Extensive knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour law
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Applicant should be within the age range of 34 to 40 years.

Job Position: Recruiting officer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
• Recruitment and outsourcing of both skilled and unskilled labour for clients
• Assisting the manager in sourcing for additional clients and achieve the set target
• Assisting the manager in recruitment and selection of qualified applicants
• Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
• Performing reference and background checks on applicants
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Manage communications between the firm and its clients
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Requirement
• B.Sc/HND Business Administration
• The person must not be less than 27 years old.
• Must be conversant with the Nigerian labour law
• Minimum of 2 years working experience as human resource officer
• Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
• A mature approach, discretion and sound judgment
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
• Highly desirable prerequisite
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Result-oriented

Job Position: Training officer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
• Identifying training needs by evaluating clients industry
• Build annual training program for both companies and individuals
• Design appropriate modules for training topics
• Sourcing of facilitators
• Develop and oversee the preparation of conference room, instructional materials, aids and manuals
• Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings etc.
• Carryout out other functions as directed by the manager.

Requirements
• BSc /HND Business Administration
• The person must not be less than 30 years old.
• Proven experience as technical trainer of up to 2years
• Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
• Experience in designing technical course content
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Power point)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Degree in a relevant technical field
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is an added advantage.
