The Special Adviser to the Governor of Anambra State on Town Union and Chieftaincy matters Barrister Mrs. Vera Queen Okonkwo has commended Governor Willie Obiano for dolling out goodies to ndi Igwe during the last Christ[center][/center]mas celebration.

Barrister Okonkwo whose office directly oversees activities within the Town Unions was happy for the development and urged support from the beneficiaries and the various towns. She insists that no government succeeds without the support of the people and urged for greater cooperation.

The traditional rulers were happy and expressed willingness to partner with the Governor for the good of the state.
