- Eight 6" Blocks in two rows of four blocks each
- Eight 9" Blocks in two rows of four blocks each?

- What are the additional costs in operating it, apart from fuel? Can it be powered by electricity?

Hello, Greetings. to answer your questions;
It will cost N1, 200,000 to build the machine. Although this price is negotiable to some extent.. Mind you, you don't need different machines to mould different size blocks for you. Only one single machine does that.. You only buy the mould for the 9" or 8" Blocks because the machine is fabricated to have its block moulds detachable so it can mould other shapes and sizes of blocks with same machine..

The additional operational cost is nothing much more than fuel, oil, concrete block materials and personnel to operate the machine when needed.

Can it be powered by electricity?

Although it can be made to work from an electricity, but it will drastically reduce its operating range and limit its flexibility, not to mention the problem that will arise having to cope with the long Power cable that feeds electricity into the machine.
So it is preferable to go with fuel powered.

Yes I can design it to be operated by two people. It is just an increased cost factor.
I can also design it to be automobile in mechanics, so the operator has less job to do than focused and churn out more productivity
