Haven't driven the RL but own an 05 TL. Engine is bulletproof, transmission needs more care though. I've seen the RL and I love the materials used. Buy it if u have a big heart. The 05 TL is very quick and handles good, so I can imagine how the RL with SH AWD would handle. Spare parts are basically Honda Accord v6 parts of the same generation so readily available. Though in some cases a bit costly than Accord parts eg the radiator of Honda Accord EOD v6 would not fit into my TL.
