Most of us that know Buhari at close neighbourhood in Kaduna won't ever fall for the stunt he pulled on Tinubu assslickers that he is incorruptible in the Southern part.

Buhari is probably as rich as Dangote if not more.
Main reason for favouring only Muslims northerners is to cover his dirty secrets with the Oath of Quran and it's consequences by himself
Be careful! Hypertension is real

And some people are still holding on to the dubious notion that Buhari is incorruptible, supposedly is only redeeming trait?

What is hard in publicly declaring your assets and asking your aids to do same too like you promised yourself publicly.

If i still held unto a small believe or hope that he is not corrupt, it completely dies today.

What a Scam!!!!
he scammed his faithfuls, but the majority of us in SE we already know his characteristics, and even if he dies and resurrects a million times we know he can never be better than he is today.

Farooq Kperogi, the Atiku town crier is still crying and wailing. Someone needs to tell these fools that election is over.

Anyone is entitled to change their minds on any promise. It's a promise not required by law. The man has met the threshold set by the law.
What's important is to have it on record what and what an office holder have before they take over an office.
Even if the man should make his assets public today, it is the same set of clowns like this fool that will be crying about it with all sorts of rumors and innuendos with evidence to backup their crying .

Permit me to ask. This stunt he pulled up there, the promise and renege tactics for reasons in his 'best' interest, would that also form part of the history which people would laud him for?

The point is that the statutory regulatory body (the CCB in our case) has access to verify and monitor the assets to see if they are accurate and if the officer in question has enriched himself illegally.

A public declaration is not obligatory under the law in Nigeria (as well as other countries). This does not take away the moral obligation to declare publicly as PMB and PYO promised while campaigning.

Lastly, if it is not in the CCB, then it means it is being actively hidden by the presidency, and that is both immoral and likely illegal.

Pls name for me a politician that has never changed his or her mind on any promise. What is important is that the assests are declared with the relevant agency and it is up to that agency to verify the authenticity of the declaration. This is not a huge break in promise in the scheme of things. This Farooq guy is one of the promoters of Atiku and he's unable to get over the election loss. There's a good reason why the declaration were not meant to be made public in the first place. If they are made public today, the very next minute you will see all sorts of town criers posting all sorts of properties that they will attribute to Buhari with any evidence. And we all know that some are so gullible that they will read and believe anything no matter how asinine it sounds.
No matter what Buhari does, a section of the country will not see him favorably, the rest of US WILL. Buhari does not really care what that section thinks. It's their prerogative, you can take a horse to the stream but you can't force it to drink from the stream.

It’s simply means it’s useless, designed only for the powers that be to use as a manipulative tools to to as they please. It serves no public interest or real accountability of public servants and persons involved.

I will however ask in fairness to Buhari and his government and because of the hypocrisy of Pdp. Did Jonathan, his wife or diezani make their assets public? If no pdp are shameless and hypocritical as usual.

The law shud however be changed or properly enforced for public officers and political holders accountability reasons.

It is required by law to be filled with relevant agency, they are not required to make them public. Stop posting comments on issues you lack proper understanding of.
It doesn't make sense to you simply because you don't even understand what the law says.
