You go to church, make your vows in the presence of God, then you both are declare husband and wife.

It's now official, you two can have sex which is right of you two( not adultery nor fornication)

When you bring in fasting; it is a mission, and when you are on a mission, you need to focus and avoid any distraction. You need 100% focus.

Now, let us think outside the box


If you can avoid sex while fasting, then you have to avoid work, huzzling or business while fasting too.

Bros there are people that aren't fasting and aren't holy and aren't even religious and have stayed 6 months to some few years without sex.

When breaking your fasting for the day you eat food right? why can’t you use that time to satisfy your spouse if he/she wants it and continue fasting? If you view sex as sin with your spouse, that’s when you feel guilty.
What shall it profit a man/woman who denies his/her spouse sex while fasting and no peace at home cos u v a sex starved partner to contend with?

Thankfully, the biblical answer to this question is quite reasonable: “Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.” 1 Corinthians 7:5 (NASB)

If your husband or wife has not agreed to abstain from sex, then it is not just ok, it is necessary to have sex!

Permitted to you, on the night of the fasts, is the approach to your wives. They are your garments and you are their garments. Allah knoweth what you used to do secretly among yourselves; but He turned to you and forgave you; so now associate with them, and seek what Allah Hath ordained for you, and eat and drink, until the white thread of dawn appear to you distinct from its black thread; then complete your fast Till the night appears; but do not associate with your wives while ye are in retreat in the mosques.
