I can make sentences but cant carry a full conversation in igbo and I am deeply worried. I pretty much understand like 50% cos my parents did speak to me but i was never obliged to respond in kind plus when u grow up in a place like warri where even the so called indigenes only speak pdigin and not their own language will it be an nwa oshimili that will come and speak igbo properly?

You may buy some Igbo textbooks when you visit Nigeria or you can send some money to your relatives to buy them and send it across.
