Tony Momoh, a former Minister of Information, has said said arguments over the usage of the presidential jet by President Muhmammadu Buhari’s daughter is unnecessary.

Speaking with Daily Independent, Momoh said the argument is baseless since the Presidency has issued a statement that Buhari's daughter got approval to use it.

“When it comes to presidential jet, who can use it? The presidency has said that due process was followed. That due process was accessed through permission from the president to the NSA who authorised the head of the fleet to take her to where she went to. So, why is there any argument?

“If people want to know the mission for her trip, that is another issue entirely. People just get involved in arguing over issue that doesn’t deserve any mention. Has the president no wife or family? So, if they want to go anywhere, then they should go and take public transport?” Momoh queried.

The so called "Mr.Integrity" lied he will convert many of the aircrafts in the presidential fleet into a national carrier but as expected,he was never sincere about it.

Only uneducated people would criticize a president's wife for using her husband's official fleet.

Buhari is corrupt.
Illegally using the presidential jet is corruption.
