Make this real good and sympathize with the visitor letting them know that you understand their feelings and emotions. Then explain a brief story as to how you got a hold of the answer and how if they purchase your report they will have an immediate and downloadable solution to their problem. Be sure to touch on every single thing that the customer will get by purchasing this report.
Next you will need to write your report. Keep it simple and to the point. Start with an outline and make sure you include everything that you mentioned on the sales page. You should make sure that it includes graphics and pictures to make it more reader friendly.
It is up to you, but I always make people opt into a list before they get the product. You can even entice them by offering free content and teasing them with good material. This way you can sell to this list forever. To do this you will need to set up an autoresponder and an automated prewritten email series that offer content and promote your short report.
