Please, I am planning to get my B.Sc from NOUN in 3years. But I want to be sure that this decision wouldn't land me in a waste of time and money. I heard the school has not/never issued any certificate since inception of the citadel. Another thing is that, is it generally accepted like every other school's certificate in Nigeria. your sincere and kind response will go a long way to help me in this decision making before it's late.
