1. How would I know when the NYSC Registration Portal is open?

It is not being done in secret, once the registration portal is opened the news will be everywhere.

2. Are there accredited centers for the NYSC online registration?

There used to be in the past, but as of now there is no longer accredited centers. You can register anywhere.

The date of graduation on NYSC portal is different from the date on my statement of result... Please is there any problem...??...need response

Your question is not clear sir

Assume, you graduate last year November or October you will be mobilized in 2020 Batch A or Batch B if there is much student that you school cannot enrol in a stream

Once in Final Year, start applying for Jobs, forget about Convocation or NYSC, Just do it.
You may get called by Firms that are impressed by your Courage and background.
I got my first Job offer on the day of my last exam (interviewed as a student) and the second Job before NYSC ended.
