Name : Hon Beverly Ifeanyi Nkemdichie

Hon Beverly is the only elected female lawmaker in present Anambra State House Of Assembly. She is the Deputy Chief Whip of the house and represents Onitsha South 2 Constituency on the platform of All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA.

BRIEF SYNOPSIS

MANDATE

To serve her constituency Onitsha South 2 Constituency diligently under the umbrella of Anambra State Ruling Party APGA and be their voice in all ramifications.

To uphold the values of her Party and fly their flag in bright colours.

To represent her constituency and the common man in truth and justice and be a catalyst for structural and socio-cultural development in her constituency, state and country at large.


1. VALUES

As Long as poverty, injustice and gross inequality exist in our world none of us can truly rest. These evergreen quote made by the Great Nelson Mandela captures the value system of Hon Beverly Ifeanyi Nkemdichie, her purpose and vision . As a child she has always been endeared to endeavours that seeks to help make better the lives of people. Born into the Family of late Justice Chuba and Angie Ikpeazu , the rare virtue of integrity, social justice and equality was inculcated in her and this further shaped her to becoming a woman of great compassion and grace. She believes and have been engaged in human capacity development and empowerment programs

2. QUEST

In the quest to achieve educational excellence, Nkemdiche emerged with a double major in Accounting and Business Management from Oklahoma City University. Her dexterity and commitment to faith and hard work saw her defile the norm by working as the first black personnel Manager in Georgia department of Transportation for twelve years and four months
On getting back home, she saw a need that begged for attention, being a woman who understand and feel the pain of her people, she pulled of her shoes, rolled her sleeves and got deeply into the business of making lives better.

3. THE PHILANTHROPIST

Through the Nkemdiche foundation, she reaches out to the less privileged, the widows, pays tuition for many, funds little businesses for her constituents. She is best known for her kindness, honesty, intelligence, courage and outspokenness. Indeed She’s a beauty inside out.

5. HER FAMILY/HER BUSINESS

She is Married to her sweet heart Dr. Jude Ndy Nkemdiche. They have eight children. Three biological and five adopted.
As an industrious woman and entrepreneur she established an event management firm here in Nigeria, the company caters and decorates among other things and is presently been managed by her children. Nkemdiche loves to cook, travel, dance and exercise.

6. WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT HER

This “Mother Hen” is always looking out for people no wonder they address her with numerous pet names like Bev, Odiuko na mba, Omalicha, and Nkem bu nke anyi. (which simply means that Nkemdiche is our own) so we don’t need to go looking for help else where. She’s ours and she will nurture people and her people has her back.

To mobilize and be a front liner for societal change through empowerment and human capacity development starting with my constituency.
