Nigerians! pls this bridge is just 1.6km fa! I MEAN 1.6KM OOOO!!! Its taking almost 10 years to construct it!!! I MEAN LIKE 10 YEARS FOR BRIDGE THAT WILL TAKE EXACTLY 4 MINUTES TO TREK ACROSS IT! APPROXIMATELY 48 SECONDS TO DRIVE ACROSS IT AT 30KM PER HOUR!!! HABA NOW!! IF THIS BRIDGE WERE TO BE IN THE NORTH IT WILL TAKE NOT MORE THAN 8 MONTHS TO CONSTRUCT IT WITH LATEST DESIGN AND EQUIPMENT THAT TECHNOLOGY HAVE TO OFFER! IT IT WERE TO BE IN THE SOUTH-WEST IT WILL TAKE 1 AND HALF YEARS TO CONSTRUCT IT WITH GOOD DESIGN! BUT IT IS IN THE EAST AND ITS TAKING 10 YEARS AND COUNTING AND ITS STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS! Only GEJ? For you to understand the matter, Obj signed many projects like power, steel, NigComSat, even 2nd Niger bridge, nothing happened. Yaradua, same thing due to death. GEJ same thing. To clear you, the proposed project was also signed during millitary eras, nothing happened. Will you praise Yardua, Obj, or ex-heads of state for the unfulfilled proposed 2nd Niger bridge because they signed it? GEJ is even the worst amongst them all. In his time, we have the most golden records of income but he and his cronies squandered them all at our own peril. They led the nation and contributed massively to the perilous moments. obiekunie2:I agree with you. That's how many are been deceived with time stretched project as this, imagine Lagos/Ibadan express way, 30 years of terrible experience but slowly done in patches. Infrastructurally, the north is far more developed than both sides of the southern regions combined. The Zoo is dismantling itself. |
