If that will restore sanity on the said roads and reduce road accident's occurrences, then so be it. Otherwise should be reversed.

Here we go again... More jobless youths will be invented. I don't like this idea of cutting people's means of livelihood and expecting them to still find a way themselves. There will be more crime.
