The Minority Leader of the Imo State House of Assembly, Ekene Nnodimele, has resigned his position.

He equally announced his defection from the All Progressives Grand Alliance to the All progressives Congress.

His letter of resignation and defection was read by the speaker, Collins Chiji, at the ongoing plenary.

Chai. What then happens to those ipob women protesting in imo yesterday? Are their representatives trying to tell us they dont give a damn about their street wailing?

What about the almajiri Igbos that protested and killed themselves in Abuja? Couldn't these defectors simply stay their course in honour of the protesters? This is really painful.
