I always use wifi to browse with my company laptop from my phone, now I can't on the WiFi at all,
when I click on trouble shoot, it is showing network cable not plugged and ethernet cable not working. .....

pls I don't use plug, I use wifi and no one opened the laptop......so which plug is it disturbing me for.......pls how do I solve this.....
it was working this morning and then boom....this evening started showing me this crap. .....

It's likely that your network hardware on the laptop is either faulty or the driver is corrupt. Starter by removing the driver, restart the laptop then reinstall the driver.

If this doesn't resolve it then the hardware is the likely culprit.
