Serbian side Partizan Beograd have completed the signing of former Nigeria U23 forward Sadiq Umar from Roma. It has been learnt that the deal for the is fee in the region of €1.7m. The deal will become official on the 30th of June 2020 immediately after the expiration of his loan deal.
