Content is king, no doubt. But offsite SEO is the crown (majorly backlinks).

You can also focus on long tail keywords to improve your chances of conversion especially for buying keywords. if you can't get your on-page SEO done, you can search for premium SEO services both locally or on freelance websites to help you achieve some of these things started above.
