Controversial Nigerian singer, Naira Marley, has taken to Twitter to state that he wants to be envied by Nigerians and not pitied by them.

The singer addressing his fans said he doesn’t want to be pitied by anyone while he also shared how he wants to be perceived by others.

According to the ‘soapy’ crooner, he rather be envied and not pitied by people. He wrote on Twitter:

“I wanna be envied, not pitied.”
