Job Type: Full Time Location: Abuja Job Descriptions • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients by Creating new sales and marketing strategies • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks. • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients/ Prospective Clients and address their needs effectively. • Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors. • Preparing presentations and sales displays • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products • Liaising with Project Manager on how to Develop quotes and proposals on new and existing Projects • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills • Identify customer needs, also improve customer satisfaction and increase repeat business • Communicate sales issues and solutions to upper management • Generate high-quality sales leads • Nurture customer relationships by recording client feedback • Evaluate the client data received • Establish a personal rapport with clients to better understand areas that need improvement • Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering client requests and questions • Analyze cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications • Explain or demonstrate cost reductions and operations improvements to customers • Confer with technical support staff • Study existing and new legislation • Advise customers on product, service, or equipment adherence to legal requirements • Attend educational workshops • Maintain the integrity of bid documents CORE SKILLS • Strong communication and IT fluency • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems and Sound judgement with good business sense • In-depth knowledge of the IT/Telecoms industry and its current events • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines • Skill in prioritising and triaging obligations • Attention to detail • Excellent time management and organisation • A solid technical background • Team working ability • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Resilience and tenacity QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with Proven sales experience / Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in the technology industry/ supervisory position • Familiarity with project management solutions is an advantage send CV to molcomhr@gmail.com |
