Have they developed intelligence operations? Once these areas start developing then the United States will start worrying. The United States will continue to push democracy and capitalism while Chinese authoritarian capitalism is politically challenging. The Chinese are dealing with the Mugabe's and Bashir's of the world, which is a contrarian political model, A/S Carson stated.

Nigeria is one of the top countries on the list. We have the 17th highest number of cables.

Unfortunately Nigerians are so slow, They's been so oppressed to the extent that they are forever slaves.
The lawmakers pay issue alone is enough to cause a protest.

We are a leaking tap Dapo, actually, scrap that! we are a blown out pipe!

Everybody has some opinion about us, on how to exploit us, except we ourselves and oh boy! do they pursue their interests?

I bet there will be more, I can't wait  for what they have from the Civil war era and Military period of the 70s-90s. The questions are; what are we going to do about this info? where is the "Nationalistic" outrage?

I definitely want to read the cables pertaining to the Nigerian Civil War. I can just imagine what they were saying about Ojukwu. Probably said he was a closet Marxist, because of his beard. Or that it would be better to work with the illiterate North, because Ojukwu on the other hand, would sell the oil to the highest bidder.
