5) Every investors fund is attached to the purchased bus under our Insurance Cover policy as a ~FIRST LOSS PAYEE~ in case of any eventualities.
6) The purchased bus belongs to all participating Investors, but we as the managing/co-ordinating company will hold it IN TRUST unbehalf of all Investors. And by end of the Investment period which is 1 year (12 month) Investors can then to renew their agreement with us or decides to dispose off the asset and share profit/loss according to their various invested interest.
7) The vehicle when purchased will be fully registered, insured and managed by our company in trust for all Investors.

9) All investors involve will be given an Investment Certificate to this effect.
10) Every investor is expected by the end of the 1 year to have made a minimum of 87% returns on investment and would have recoup their capital in the first 7 month maximum.
