I can’t comment on the Car Talk section because I am banned. I saw your post on the Mercedes Benz E class. First & foremost, I don’t know the country you’re importing it from. There should be a recent report on car’s condition from an authorized mechanic workshop detailing its condition. You could as well get a reliable mechanic to check it for u. Though cos of cost you may get some that would give you very fair price.
Also if you have a car scanner it helps. The only thing is that the OBD port for MB is often different from most other vehicles especially if it is the 38 pin type.
From appearance it looks very good but don’t be carried away by appearance.
