Please I got this email from adsense but don't know how to get out of this mess.

Social media traffic can cause it. I hear the best way to resolve it is to get organic traffic from Google.

Guy don't panic! They sent me same message as yours, i waited for like 10 days and now my site is showing ads. Just wait, they'll review your site and update it.
