I have a plot of Land. I want to gift to my younger one. Land documents such as C/O and others are intact. Is it necessary to go to the court to swear an affidavit or I just create a document with spaces for witnesses to sign? Any advice from someone that's been gifted a property or from anyone that has gifted someone before? Please, it's important. |
