Oyinbo Farms is a broiler poultry farm located in Otta, Ogun state and into poultry production. The farm has already done Layer birds production and are now in urgent need of a farm manager with good experience of Broiler bird’s production. Capacity to keep records and properly manage a large flock will be an added advantage.

The applicants must meet the follow criteria:
· 5 years hands on experience in Broilers Poultry production
· In-depth knowledge of raising broiler birds including proper brooding techniques
· Good Knowledge of disease control in Poultry production (preferably Broilers)
· Good Knowledge of Poultry waste management
· Sharp Marketing skills
. Great people skills

Responsibilities

· Flock management
· Coordinating of staff on the farm to ensure optimum performance of the birds
· Ensuring that birds are constantly counted to determine the flock number

· Constant sales of birds for maximum profitability
· Ensuring constant supply of feed and drugs
· Coordinating the logistics of farm related activities
· Ensuring proper maintenance of all the farm equipment and environment
· Enforcing the farms bio-security measures

Farm accommodation and Feeding are additional benefits attached to the salary.

Any African nationality is welcome to apply as long as you live in Nigeria or you are willing to live in Nigeria. Applicant should however preferably be based in Nigeria and be willing to relocate to Otta, Ogun state
