A Facility management company located in Aja axis of Lekki Peninsula is looking for a young vibrant technical officer to to manage some of its property business such as existing properties and new construction of new facilities.

*Job description*

1) inspection of properties to establish extent of repairs, develop scope of work and estimate for repairs.
2) Seek approval and get required materials and labour for the repairs.
Prepare lease agreement and manage a pool of tenants.
3) Seek for new opportunities in the property sector.
4) Manage existing contract of supply with other organisations.
5) prepare estimates for new projects including supervision.
6) Any other job as may be assigned by the Directors.

*Who should that be?*
- Candidate should have a sound technical background in building construction and facility management.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Should have a Valid driver's licence.
- Must be Computer literate including project reporting skills.
- Should be resident around Aja and Bogije area of Lekki Peninsula.

**** Minimum qualification of National Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical Engineering ; Architecture, Building technology, Quantity Surveying or Estate Surveyor.
