Many Generals were meant to " graduate in primary 4" because "primary5" and the oldest "primary6, service chiefs of which one is course 24, " are still in service ... Thank God for Lt Gen Adeosun , he was considered because he has been doing well in the north east...and there are many who are not also happy at all, bringing down their morale and that of their soldiers...
