Imam Tawhidi, a popular Imam, Peace advocate, Muslim Scholar and Author has established an Islamic definition of the deadly virus known as ‘Coronavirus’. The disease which emanated from China has moved to several countries in Asia and a few in Europe and America. A total of 170 deaths have been recorded so far in China. Imam Tawhidi who is a known critic of Islamic extremism and terrorism has defined ‘Coronavirus’ in Islam to mean: a violent interpretation of the Koran that turns Islamic extremists into mentally ill terrorists.
