1. The tracker makes use of sim card, it has a sim card slot which you can slot a  simcard of your choice netwotk.
2. You  have to recharge the simcard via credit transfer to enable it reply you  any message you send to it, if you dont recharge the tracker simcard, it will not reply you when you track.

The cost of the message is the normal sms cost N5 for mtn 2 mtn and vice versa
